Stoptober | Stop Smoking in October Campaign

The Department of Health are running a campaign in October called Stoptober, the aim to get people to stop smoking on 1st October for a month. The idea being that anyone who stops smoking for 28 days or longer are 5 times more likely to stay stopped.
