There are plenty of training companies out there teaching people work based skills and competencies which will help them to grow their knowledge and improve their ability, but what truly makes individuals thrive? Two of the biggest factors needed in order to really thrive are a healthy mind and body. Just as a Ferrari doesn’t run on lawnmower fuel, in order to perform both mind and body need to be strong, agile, energised and resilient.
The link with business success is proven again and again. It is only from happy, engaged people whose needs are met in the workplace that we can expect people to give “discretionary effort” or go the extra mile.
We have created two specific workshops to help individuals achieve those factors.
Move from surviving to thriving
To achieve a strong healthy mind, we need the ability to change our thought patterns. Thoughts can be as toxic as the foods we eat, but learning how to effectively change thought patterns on our ‘move from surviving to thriving workshop’ can not only release stress, but allow people to access the part of the mind needed to think positively, intuitively and creatively.
Looking at how our thinking styles and perceptions colour our reality, affecting our ability to change our emotions
We teach people;
- How to change how we think in order to gain perspective and see the big picture
- Our minds’ differing thinking styles, how they colour our reality and how to change them
- How to create a strong positive mind set
- How our inner dialogue causes the patterns of stress and how to change it
- Specific techniques for managing our emotional responses

Boost your energy and vitality
In our ‘energy and vitality boosting workshop’ we teach people how the food they feed themselves impacts the bodies organs, its ability to repair cells and flush out toxins. We educate people on the golden rules of nutrition and show what is needed to achieve energy, a clear head, a good nights sleep and a strong immune system.
We teach people;
- How to increase the bodies energy with the food we eat
- How to experience all day energy and motivation
- How to improve liver and immune system functioning – the key organs to a healthy and happy body
- The top golden rules of good nutrition for healthy, energised bodies
- How what we eat affects our sleep
- Understanding our basic needs, how they impact our lives and over all well-being and how to meet them
