Karen Tyler Croft

Karen is a qualified Marketer and Business Consultant with diverse experience in financial services, IT, retail and local government. She specialises in large business transformation projects, and readying staff for change.  Karen is also a qualified psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and coach specialising in addiction and its affect on relationships.  She regularly supervises students on the Diploma course.

 

 

Rebecca Welch

With a background in human resources and a strong interest in workplace psychology, Rebecca is a specialist in workplace wellbeing.  She also writes and trains on a variety of topics.  Rebecca holds the Diploma in Brief Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and is qualified as an EFT  Practitioner.

 

 

Vanessa Williams 

Vanessa specialises in unleashing the potential of individuals and teams by helping them to transform relationships and change behaviours or ways of working for more effective business results.  Vanessa’s work centres on creating high performance cultures, more productive teams, helping specialist functions deliver their full value through business partnering and helping individuals maximize their contribution through coaching and development.
